Sales Supervisor (SSU) - Medan

Job Description:

Assisted marketing and sales manager in the implementation of sales and marketing plans.
Ensured and carried out implementation of all marketing and promotion activities in the area to support sales activities as a whole.
Up-to-dated with current market situation.
Explored, identified, and established new potential channels or market opportunities in order to expand the customer dealer base.
Reviewed periodical monthly sales visit to dealers in relation to promoting full range products and accessories.
Managed and trained sales representatives to achieve targets.

Requirement :

Male preferred.
Minimum 30 years old.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in any majors. However, background in engineering, such as Mechanical or Electrical is a great advantage.
Minimum GPA 3.00.
Having experience in selling machinery or industrial equipment, or related products (preferred).
Proactive, hardworking, possess high level of integrity, excellent leadership and people skill, a great motivator for his team.
Excellent communication skill, confident, and discipline.
Highly motivated, target and profit oriented.
Minimum 2 years of experience or more in the same role as a Supervisor.
