1. PPIC & DEMAND PLANNER SECTION HEAD (CODE: PDPS–MSI–MDN)
Job Description:
- Make a production plan based on Sales Marketing plan and receive marketing orders of both the daily and monthly contract
- Material procurement plans based on plans and stock conditions by calculating the production material requirements according to the ideal standard stock (there are minimum and maximum limits that must be available)
- Monitor all inventory for the production process, stock in the warehouse or imported so that the implementation of market entry process and continue to run smoothly and in balance
- Making evaluation of the production, sales and inventory conditions
- Processing and analyzing data about the plan and realization of production and sales and inventory data
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Economy Management, Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Minimum 3 years experience in PPIC and Demand Planner for Manufacture Industry, preferable have 2 years of supervisor background
- Familiar with planning process for manufacture company
- Computer literacy is a must (Ms. Office and email)
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Having good leadership skill, negotiation skill, planning & organizing skill, and strategic thinking skill
- Can work independently or in a team (teamwork)
- Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure, and proactive
- Ability to work multitasking and fast response
- Willing to be placed at Medan (Factory)
2. PLANT PURCHASING (CODE: PP-MSI-FAC)
Persyaratan:
- Minimum S-1 Segala Jurusan dari universitas terkemuka dengan IPK minimal 3,00 (skala 4).
- Pria / Wanita, single dan max. 28 tahun
- Memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman kerja minimal di posisi yang sama lebih dalam industri manufaktur.
- Mampu membantu mengatur dan melakukan pembelian barang/ sparepart berdasarkan jadwal dan juga untuk kepentingan perusahaan dan mempunyai kemampuan dalam bernegoisasi dalam pembelian barang.
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (MsOffice Program & Internet) dan mahir dalam bahasa Inggris.
- Memiliki integritas tinggi, analitis, tegas, teliti, disiplin, cepat belajar dan dapat bekerja secara tim maupun individu.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Medan
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan jika diperlukan oleh perusahaan.
3. LOGISTIC SECTION HEAD (CODE: LSH-MSI–FAC)
Job Description:
- Motivate team to comply with safety regulation or standard
- Develop fleet management system include transportation and logistics management, journey management and road transport safety management as a standard operation
- Supervise logistics operations monitoring ongoing and proposed Budget
- Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist employees in solving work problems
- Monitor schedule and logistics delivery time
- Supervise and motivate team to meet company strategy and objectives
- Monitors and controls documentation to required compliance standards and timelines
General Requirements:
- Male, Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from Management Industry, Transportation Management, or any other relevant major.
- Maximum age of 35 years old
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Logistics filed or industry
- Familiar with distribution, SCM (Supply Chain Management), warehouse, and logistic processes for manufacture company
- Computer literacy is a must (Ms. Office and email)
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Having good leadership skill, negotiation skill, planning and organizing, scheduling, prioritizing work, and strategic thinking skill
- Can work well independently or in a team
- Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure, initiative, and proactive at work.
- Ability to work multitasking and fast response
- Willing to be placed at MSI Factory in Medan
