1. COMMUNITY RELATION STAFF ( CR )
Responsibilities
- Open and build a good relationship with residents and the Board or Developer/Estate management
- Maintains good relations with the Citizens board/Estate Management/Developer
- Profiling the area to assist/facilitate the activities of Selling and Marketing
- As the PIC that handles all matters relating to maintaining service First Media remain well distributed in the area of responsibility.
- Finding and or carrying out the possibility of cooperation with benefit both parties
- Min D-3 from any educational background
- Maximum 35 years old
- Having minimum 1 year experience relating to the services, license and preferable from multimedia, insurance and telecomunication company
- Familiar with MS Office especially excel
- Have a good appearance and proportional
- Strong communication presentation skill
- Familiar with internet technology and television program entertainment
- Target oriented, capable to set priority, team work, selfimprovement
- Having own vehicle preferable car
2. FINANCE STAFF (FS)
Responsibilities:
- Responsiblle for daily date entry process, regarding to payments fro subscribers (bank transfers, ATM'S, Internet banking)
- Doing for daily processing in relation with data delivey from banks
- Verification Bankn Disbursment
- High Accuracy in doing all operation, especially in posting and reconciling process
- Willing to work hard by overtime
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Able to Operate, Ms Office (Min. Excell), Have Good Communication Skills
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) is specializing in Finance General /Coast Acccounting or equivalent
3. PERMIT SUPERVISOR (PS)
Responsibilites:
- Handle permit to building management or developer
- Fully understand all related regulations regarding local and national permit process
- Maintain relationship with building management or developer
- Handle Administration Project (Agreement, Invoice, etc)
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must posess at least a Diploma any field
- Required skills: Fluent in English, Negotiation, Communication, Internet
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor specializing in Public Relations/Comunication or equivalent
4. TEMPORRARY MANAGER (TM)
Responsibilies:
- Responsible for effectivelly managing & supervising CRO team member by planning and focusing sales targets & revenue / ARPU (Internet & Home Cable)
- Reporting direcly ro Region head
- Assisted sales & Marketing, Promoting higest level services
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at leas a Bachelors's Degree, any field
- At Least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
5. MARKETING COMMUNICATION HEAD (MCH)
Resonsibilites:
- Daily Contact with Advertising Agency or other parties to provide advertising / promotion materials
- Planning and ensuring product launch as planned and targetd by company, either from the member of customer and revenue
- Monitoring the development of industry and competitors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in marketing communication or Account management department in telecommunication industry, or which at least 1-2 years as marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager
- Excellent inter-personal skills, result oriented, good team player as well as inspiring leader for team
- Computer literate in Ms. Office applications
- Experienced in handle marketing communication event
- Possessing excellent negotiation, leadership, and decision making skill
- Show accuracy, punctuality, Integrity an Capability to take pre-emptive action in every activity conducted
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills with strong attention to details subordinates
6. HFC OPERATION & ENGINEERING HEAD (HFC-H)
Resonsibilites:
- Lead and Manage team (Access/Coaxial Network) across Medan Region
- Manage and Control KPI/SLA to be optimaly achieved
- Responsible to manage network infrastrukture (HFC Network)
- Coordinate team to perform Corrective and Preventive maintenance in fast and efficiency way
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- At least 5 years or working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowladge in HFC/IT Network and good understanding about RF Technology related to Cable Network
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Problem solving and project management experience
- Good personality, strong communication and responsive in handling any urgent issue oremergency situations
7. HFC ENGINEERING (HFC-E)
Responsibilities:
- Implementing in terms of technical maintenance cable TV Network
Job Requirements:
- Men aged between 25-30 years
- Education min. SMK Engineering / electro / telecommunications
- Preferably with experience min. 1 years in the same position
- Understand the work relted to cable TV networks and the Internet
8. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and produce report for end user
- Capable of processing data and presenting it in the form of a report that is easy to understand
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor with major Tecnology and Information System
- Able to work as past of team
- Excellent language skill in written and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Preferably the thesis topic is about web based or data bassed
- Microsoft Excel / Kingsoft Spredsheets (Excel formula Vlookup, Sumproduct, Pivot table
- Object oriented Analysis and Design
