Requirements :
- Indonesian citizen
- Single and willing not to get married during training period
- Age max 27 years old
- Holds min Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University
- Fresh graduate or those 0 – 1 year of working experience
- Majoring in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Management
- GPA min 3.0 (S1) and 3.25 (S2) within 4.00 scale
- Posses excellent communication skill, both verbal and written in English
- Active involvement in campus oraganizations and events/social committees, or has received recognition and award on achievement acquired e.g. scholarship, student exchange, etc
- Willing to be assigned to unit and branch office on accordance with company requirement
