PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk ("ANJ"), didirikan pada tahun 1993 yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. ANJ memfokuskan bisnisnya dalam bidang pangan dan energi terbarukan. ANJ terutama terlibat dalam produksi dan pengolahan kelapa sawit dan sagu untuk menghasilkan pangan. Selain itu, ANJ juga terlibat dalam energi terbarukan yaitu di pembangkit listrik dari panas bumi dan bio-gas.

Visi ANJ adalah menjadi perusahaan pangan dan energi terbarukan kelas dunia yang meningkatkan citra bangsa Indonesia. Saat ini, ANJ memiliki beberapa perkebunan kelapa sawit di Sumatera, Kalimantan dan Papua dengan total landbank sekitar 139.000 hektar. ANJ memperluas bisnisnya dengan mengembangkan 40.000 hektar areal sagu di Papua Barat serta operasi pembangkit listrik tenaga bio-gas di Belitung.

Dengan meningkat dan berkembang pesatnya aktivitas operasional perusahaan, maka PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJ) Membuka lowongan kerja membutuhkan Professional  untuk mengisi posisi :

1. BUSINESS PROCESS STAFF

Main Responsibilities :
  1. Melakukan pemetaan proses bisnis dan analisa atas perbaikan alur sesuai dengan praktek bisnis yang baik
  2. Mendokumentasikan prosedur dalam format baku untuk kemudian diterapkan di departemen/subsidiaries yang terkait
  3. Menterjemahkan kebutuhan teknologi informasi atas alur proses bisnis yang telah ditetapkan
  4. Menjadi penghubung antara pengguna (user) dan tim Teknologi informasi dalam pengembangan sistim baru atau perbaikan sistim yang ada.
  5. Membantu pengembangan dan peningkatan penilaian Sistem ERP

Minimum Requirements :
  • Pria/Wanita, usia maks. 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan min. S1 Ekonomi/Management/IT/ semua jurusan terkait
  • Mampu melakukan “Business process mapping”
  • Memiliki strong analytical skills dan kemampuan mengelola kegiatan, termasuk memahami bagaimana interpretasi kebutuhan bisnis user ke dalam aplikasi dan operasionalisasinya.
  • Pengalaman 1 – 2 tahun sebagai internal audit/public accountant atau informasi teknologi
  • Menguasai Bahasa Inggris
  • Menguasai program komputer MS Office (terutama Excel dan Word)

2. INTERNAL AUDIT

Main Responsibilities :
  1. Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interview.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices and documentation, recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
  3. Documenting the result of audit work in accordance with audit dept. and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.
  4. Verify the point of audit findings to auditee prior including in draft of audit report.
  5. Communicates audit progress and audit findings by preparing draft of audit report.
  6. Prepares timely Draft audit reports for executive management, the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
  7. Provides feedback on performance of Internal Auditors, on audit assignments, as applicable.

Minimum Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Economy, Engineering or Agronomy from reputable university with GPA at least 2.85
  • Willing to travel and work in our palm oil estates and sago forest
  • Proactive, love challenges, and shows leadership skills
  • Have working experience as Auditor in one of big 10 Public Accountant Firm
  • Have working experience min 2 years as a Company Internal Auditor, preferable in agribusiness industry
  • Have knowledge for  Operational Audit, Risk Management and Bussiness Process
  • Able to cooperate with a wide range of people
  • Fit physically and psychologically

3. ENGINEERING MANAGER

Main Responsibilities :
  1. To manage and control operation and maintenance performance including : production, compliance and budget control
  2. To manage technical project engineering, for example : engineering design review, specification comparison, sourcing etc
  3. To manage project development administration, such as : logistics, report writing, construction administration, project management document etc.

Minimum Requirements :
  • S1 Degree in Civil/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Min. of 5 years experience in project engineering/engineering administration is preferable
  • Experience in project administration, procurement, and construction. Related with power plant/industrial facility is preferable
  • Exel in MS office, MS Project (preferable), AutoCAD (preferable)
  • Proficiency in verbal, written contractual English, and technical discussion

4. HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT EAST

Main Responsibilities :
  1. Conduct and manage risk assessment and Internal audit evaluation to identify loopholes and areas requiring management intention to prevent frauds, embezzlements, misappropriations, misuse, and wastage, and ensuring total objectives of the organization are achieved economically, efficient and effectively
  2. Prepare and manage an Annual Internal Audit Plan and Budget based on risk assessment including tasks, assignment and timeliness for completion for each task and main activities, personnel to be employed and budget limitation.
  3. Organizing the execution of audit project to achieve target in the Annual Internal Audit Plan
  4. Develop additional audit technique/procedure for a more efficient and effective internal audit approach
  5. Review the draft of audit report to ensure the quality of audit in overall
  6. Communicating the result of audit findings and audit recommendation to Management and Audit Committee to ensure a proper and timely decision making
  7. Monitor & manage risk management aspect in all business process, such as financial, operational, reputation, and process efficiency.
  8. Conducting any other organizational governance task and anti-fraud programs specifically assigned by the Management.

Minimum Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Economy, Engineering or Agronomy from reputable university with GPA at least 2.85
  • Willing to travel and work in our palm oil estates and sago forest
  • Proactive, love challenges, and shows leadership skills
  • Master Degree or Related Professional Certification.
  • Master Degree or Related Professional Certification.
  • Good Analytical, Problem solving, and Management skill.
  • Communication skill with all level of Management.
  • Have working experience as Auditor in one of big 10 Public Accountant Firm
  • Have working experience min 3 years in this position as a Company Internal Auditor, preferable in agribusiness industry
  • Have knowledge for  Operational Audit, Risk Management and Bussiness Process
  • Able to cooperate with a wide range of people
  • Fit physically and psychologically
