1. SAP ANALYST (8 Position)

The SAP Analyst is Primarly Responsible to provide Consultancy Service and Condut system Implementation of SAP Project as assigned.

Job Description:
  • Participate in SAP Implementation and rollout / upgrade Project
  • Assist in the develoopment of solutions, effort estimaters and project execution plan
  • Identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation
  • Configure, test and deploy solutions based on business blueprints
  • Assist in development of internal and external presentations, client reports and proposals

  • Candidate must possess at least a least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy Major
  • Candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred (Fresh Graduate are Encourage to apply)
  • Fas learned, able to work independently under minimum supervision & deliver effectively as a team
  • Has strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Understand business process in plantation are is preffered
  • Able to think Creatively and solve complex Technical Problems
  • Able to work in multi national team under presure and within tight deadline
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills, ability to communication effectivity with people from all levels and culture
  • Pleasant disposition, meticulous, Independent, able to work with team and willing to work after hours when need arises
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Available to Travel is a Must

2. Project Management Administration Staff

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Administration Staff's is primry responsisble is to support PMC Administration activity and coordinate with respoective departments/parties for project management includes documentation.

Job Description And Coverage
  1. Suport PMO administration Activities
  2. Responsible to collect project documents and manage in server
  3. Responsible to ensure project member's timesheet completeness
  4. Prepare, Generate and compile project management reports to reporting manager

Desirable Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Female
  • Must possess Bachelor's deree from any disciplines or equivalent
  • Candidate with 2 of relevant Experience is preferred
