1. Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth
Lead and manage the sales force in achieving the desired sales targets
Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities
Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, service quality and branch operational efficiency
Motivate branch staff and impart skills and knowledge in service, sales and operations to elevate levels of performance

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a recognised Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in sales and operations in the Automotive industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills with strong follow through abilities
Good team player, is self-motivated, and able to work independently
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales
Strong leadership abilities, aggressive, and results-oriented

2. Sales Koordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales force in achieving the desired sales targets
Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities
Motivate the sales force and impart skills and knowledge in sales and operations to elevate levels of performance
Controlling the sales team's performance.
Ensure the course of sales activity.
Ensuring target sales and team performance effectively

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a recognised Diploma's Degree in any field
Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in sales in the Automotive industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Able to operate computer
Strong leadership abilities, aggressive, and results-oriented
