The Group’s core business activities are cultivating oil palms, harvesting the fresh fruit bunches and milling them into crude palm oil ("CPO") and palm kernel. With our integrated processing facilities, we are able to maximise the value of our upstream plantation assets by processing our CPO into higher value products such as biodiesel, olein and stearin and crushing the palm kernel into palm kernel oil and palm kernel expeller.
First Resources’ strong expertise in plantation cultivation and management is clearly reflected in its yields, extraction rates and low cost of production. We keep our operations closely integrated to extract maximum operational synergies.
The Group’s disciplined approach to new plantings constantly rejuvenates its plantation profile. Our favourable age profile positions us well for sturdy operational growth over the next few years. With a sizeable reserve of unplanted land bank, the Group also has further room to expand its plantation footprint. We aim to enlarge our plantation hectarage and grow our CPO production to one million tonnes per annum.
1. Field Assistant Trainee
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bacherlor Degree from reputable University Majoring in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Agribusiness, Forestry, Biology or Equivalent with minimum GPA 2.75 (Scale 4.00)
- Male With Maximum age is 27 years old and single
- Actively Inovalved in Organization / social Activities
- Good healthy & no Color blind
- Good communication skill
- Good Interpersonal & problem Solving Skill
- Willing to be placed in all company Operation sites (kaltim, Kalbar & Riau)
2. Mill Assistant Trainee
Requirements:
- Diplomam / Bachelor Degree from reputable University Majoring a Agrotechnology, Civil, Mechanical, & Industri Engineering or Equivalent with minimum GPA 2.74
- Male with maximum age is 27 years old and single
- actively involved in Organization / social Activities
- Good communication skill
- Good Interpersonal & problem Solving Skill
- Willing to be placed in all company Operation sites (kaltim, Kalbar & Riau)
