Jobs Description:
- To assist Director on daily Matters
- Liasing with all departments for any matters related with the Director
- To Provide administrative support, control and coordination
- To ensure the efficient handling of secretarial works and other assignments indcluding top confidential matter
- To take up and-hoc project & complete them in a timely manner
- To take minutes of meeting, maintain records and make sure each department fulfill the duty
- To compile and collect data
- To do some filings and presentation preparations
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma/D3 or Bachelor Degree/S1 in Business Management or Secretarial Management
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, word, Power point)
- Fluent in English (oral & Written)
- Attention to detail
- At least 2 years working experience in secretarial position preferred
- Good skills in planning, organizing, leading and Controling
- Negotiation skills prefered
- Confident personality and result Oriented
- Able to Multitask
