Jobs Description:
  1. To assist Director on daily Matters
  2. Liasing with all departments for any matters related with the Director
  3. To Provide administrative support, control and coordination
  4. To ensure the efficient handling of secretarial works and other assignments indcluding top confidential matter
  5. To take up and-hoc project & complete them in a timely manner
  6. To take minutes of meeting, maintain records and make sure each department fulfill the duty
  7. To compile and collect data
  8. To do some filings and presentation preparations

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Min. Diploma/D3 or Bachelor Degree/S1 in Business Management or Secretarial Management
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, word, Power point)
  • Fluent in English (oral & Written)
  • Attention to detail
  • At least 2 years working experience in secretarial position preferred
  • Good skills in planning, organizing, leading and Controling
  • Negotiation skills prefered
  • Confident personality and result Oriented
  • Able to Multitask
Salary starts from Rp. 2.8 Millions - Rp. 3.5 Millions
