Requirements:
- Maximum age is 45 years old
- Minimum 10 years managerial experience is estabilisher Palm Oil Mill Group (Manager), Min. 8 Years Managerial Experience in Established Palm Oil Mill Group (Ass. Manager), Min. 5 years Supervisory experience in established Palm Oil Mill Group (Spv), Min. 2 years experience in established Palm Oil Mill Group (Assistant)
- Min. holds Bachelor Degree in Engineering (D3/S1 - Teknik) (1-7), Accounting (8), Law or Management (9)
- Having knowladge in Palm Oil Mill Business Process
- Expert to Operational control, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Mill Plantation (1,2 and 5)
- Able to Communicate in English (English literate) & Computer literate
- Workbase at Palm Oil Mill (Sumatera & Kalimantan Unit Area)
